Melody Fidel Awards Scholarship To 2 Pupils Upto Varsity Education

Nigerian international entrepreneur-missionary, Melody Fidel, has awarded two pupils of CleverMinds School, Warri, Delta State, scholarship to study up upto university level.

The pupils, Darlington Daniella and
Darlington Iruoaboghene, who are currently in primary 5 and 3, respectively, will be seen through the rest of their primary, secondary and university education benefitting from the Melody’s scholarship.

Melody, who visited the school to guide and encourage the pupils to focus on their education, presented numerous food items and cash gifts to support the efforts of the management of the school.

“Education is the best legacy to give to any child. I am here to support the wonderful initiative of the founder and teachers of this school who have been providing free education in order to equip our future leaders and citizenry with the necessary capacity for a better country,” Melody stated.

He called on the public to support CleverMinds School, saying: “let me use this opportunity to call on well meaning Nigerians and Non-governmental organisations to partner CleverMinds so that thousands of kids will be taken off the streets across Nigeria to be given quality, impactful, free education.”

The founder of CleverMinds School, Zion Oshiobugie, appreciated the effort and gesture of Melody, describing him as a young philanthropist the youth and indeed, all Nigerians, should emulate.

He said, “We are very happy that you chose to visit the Cleverminds school and be an inspiration to these children in this critical time. Let me on behalf of the management and staff of the school assure you of our deepest appreciation and to put your donations to judicious use.”

Melody is the founder of Stability and Sustenance Business Summit, who in the past decade has coached over 10,000 youths physically and virtually on skills acquisition and monetisation, disbursed business grants to over 100 youth. He recently received Africa Inspiring Impact Maker award in Kigali, Rwanda and in late 2023 got recognised for his youth mentorship with The Future Awards Africa Prize for Service to Young People.

CleverMinds School is part of the CleverMinds Charity Foundation offering free educational and welfare support to underprivileged children across Nigeria and beyond.
