Plateau State Governor, Barr Caleb Mutfwang, has joined other well-meaning Nigerians and reputable leaders from across the globe in celebrating the former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General T.Y. Danjuma (Rtd) on the occasion of his 86th birthday.
Mutfwang, in a congratulatory message signed by the director of press and public affairs, Mr Gyang Bere, last night, applauded General Danjuma’s extraordinary leadership, which has played a crucial role in promoting peace, unity, and national cohesion in Nigeria.
The Governor delightedly acknowledged the distinguished statesman’s illustrious career in the Nigerian Army, where he rose to the pinnacle as Chief of Army Staff, his remarkable success in building globally recognised business ventures, and the impactful philanthropic interventions of the T.Y. Danjuma Foundation.
He remarked: “On behalf of the government and people of Plateau State, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to a revered father, elder statesman, and a beacon of hope, General T.Y. Danjuma (Rtd), on the joyous occasion of his 86th birthday.
