Super Falcons’ Goalkeeper Nnadozie On Course To Retain CAF Award

Super Falcons No 1 goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie is on course to retain the CAF Goalkeeper of the Year Award she won last year.

Nnadozie made the final shortlist of three nominees released yesterday.
Her rivals are Andile Dlamini of South Africa and Morocco’s Khadija Er-Amichi.

Nnadozie has been outstanding for French club FC Paris as well as the Super Falcons, who made it to the Paris 2024 Olympics after a 16-year absence.

The Super Eagles and the Super Falcons are also on the final shortlist for the National Team of the Year for both men and women.

Super Eagles No 1 goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali did not make the final shortlist for the Goalkeeper of the Year Award for men.

The awards ceremony will be staged in Marrakech, Morocco, Monday night.
