About 300 residents of Faji Town, Okuku, Odo-Otin local government area of Osun State yesterday benefited from a free medical treatment provided by a Christian group.

The group, Community Christ Ambassador Evangelical Team, says the medical outreach would run till Monday.

According to the group’s coordinator, Pastor Oyewole Adeleke, the medical services include free medical tests and the provision of drugs to the vulnerable – the aged and children.

Adeleke said the medical outreach would also be held alongside a three-day evangelical crusade, tagged “Faji Community Crusade”.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports the group had earlier held a prayer walk, praying for the peace, growth and development of the town.
