Former Special Assistant to Edo State Government on Anti-Human Trafficking and Irregular Migration, Comrade Solomon Okoduwa, on Sunday expressed confidence in the strategic role and responsibilities of the trio of the Secretary to the State Government, Hon Musa Ikhilor, Personal Assistant to the Governor, Sylvester Aigboboh and the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Rt. Hon Samson Osagie, in ensuring the Policy drive of Governor Monday Okpebholo is achieved.

Okoduwa, who drummed support for the Okpebholo-led administration, said their positive vision, foresight, and innovation in assisting the governor in achieving his policy are remarkable.

He said, “Their contributions have also stabilised the politics of the state through their various remarkable ideas, dedication, and commitment to the state government.

“Okpebholo has started very well and will finish strong with the calibre of men currently with him, with the three sound and innovative personalities that have silenced the opposition in the last few weeks. We sincerely believe that Edo’s political and economic growth will rise, and the people will rejoice to see what the Lord has done in the first 100 days in office, surpassing every other Government in the history of Edo State.

“Edo will experience remarkable judicial reform that will again be noted in history. They have continued to drive the vision of the Governor to realise the developmental agenda he promised the good people of Edo State.

“We all know the powerhouse and the driver of this new Edo that has risen with the renewed hope agenda. They have continuously and consistently dot the ‘I’s and crossed the ‘T’s to ensure the governor finishes strong.”

“We have begun to see economic growth in some sectors of the state economy, especially with the ban on unions in our markets, a single policy that has changed and reduced the costs of our commodities in our various markets.

“This growth will become a huge success when we have a formidable state Executive, which the governor, in his wisdom, is taking his time to build.

“It is worthy of note that these disciplined leaders are the type who will not increase their materialistic possession to the detriment of the people. I am proud to say Edo is on the right path of progress and development”.
