A statement by the spokesman of Operation Fansan Yamma, Lt. Col. Abubakar Abdullahi yesterday said the commander spoke during an operational visit to the tactical headquarters of the DHQ Special Operations Brigade in Balle, Gudu local government area of Sokoto State on Friday.
Soyele emphasised the necessity of commitment from the troops engaged in Operation Flush Lakurawa Out.

He highlighted the imperative of maintaining Nigeria’s territorial integrity, describing it as “non-negotiable.”

General Soyele appealed to residents of the communities for their cooperation in the fight against terrorism and underscored the crucial role local support plays in the success of military operations, urging residents to actively collaborate with security forces.

He said a strong partnership between the troops and the community can enhance operational effectiveness and foster a united front against terrorism.
