Mr. Fall has while speaking, commended Governor Buni for successfully hosting the 5th Lake Chad Basin Governors’ Forum, describing it as a testament to the state’s leadership and organizational capabilities.
Fall equally lauded the state’s progress in implementing its Action Plan on Durable Solutions, noting that Yobe’s pilot program serves as a model that could be adapted to other regions facing similar challenges.

“While Yobe State has already achieved commendable success in piloting durable solutions, the next step is to consolidate these gains and move towards full-scale implementation,” Mr. Fall stated.

He assured Governor Buni of the UN’s continued support in mobilizing additional technical and financial resources to advance these efforts.
