The body of an unidentified woman was found hanging from a tree in a bush in Kaltungo local government area of Gombe State yesterday.

Eyewitnesses said the woman’s identity was unknown, raising speculations on the circumstances surrounding her death.
Some residents alleged that she committed suicide while others said she might have been killed and hanged.
Police spokesman, Buhari Abdullahi, confirmed the incident, promising to provide further details later, though he described the incident as an apparent suicide.
