Weststar Associates Earns Recognition At Daimler Truck EliteClass Awards

The authorised general distributor of Daimler Truck in Nigeria, Weststar Associates Limited, has received recognition for the Elite CSP (Customer Service and Parts) Performance category at the Daimler Truck EliteClass 2024 Awards.

The company received this award for its dedication to service excellence during the ceremony hosted at the One & Only Royal Mirage in Dubai.

The event brought together 40 Daimler Truck business partners from across the Middle East and Africa for an evening of recognition and celebration. The awards are the culmination of the year-long EliteClass programme, which evaluates performance across 24 business categories, encompassing Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Daimler Buses, and Fuso Trucks and Bus.

During the ceremony, the president and CEO of Daimler Truck Middle East Africa, Michael Dietz, highlighted the importance of collaboration and high performance among their partners.

“EliteClass 2024 is more than just an awards ceremony, it is a testament to the hard work, commitment, and shared vision of our partners. Their achievements continue to drive our brand forward, setting new benchmarks in customer experience and operational excellence across the region,” he said.

Weststar’s general manager of Sales, Christopher Irumudomon, attended the event to accept the Silver Award on behalf of the company. In presenting the award, Daimler Trucks MEA leadership stated that the recognition reinforces Daimler Truck’s commitment to fostering excellence and acknowledging the partners who significantly contribute to its success in the Middle East and Africa regions.
