AMAC Chairman’s Defection: Over 60% Of FCT Now In APC – Ganduje
The former AMAC official who described Maikalangu’s defection as a significant blow to the opposition in AMAC, advised aspirants that have already thrown in the towel to take a lesson from this event and reasoned that his popularity and influence are undeniable and his ability to mobilize support is a winning formula for the APC.
In his words: “What Maikalangu has done is a winning formula and a joker for APC with his coming now there is no opposition in AMAC any longer.
“And for the few aspirants that are pretending that they are still contesting, with what they have seen now, I believe that those ones that are threatening to contest against Maikalangu, my advice for them is that they don’t threatened an old woman with the big manhood, because you don’t know what contributed to her getting old on time, Maikalangu is a vehicle that can take us to the promise land, they should patiently wait till after four years of his second tenure to contest.”
As Maikalangu embarks on this new journey, the former Supervisory Councillor therefore, urge him to carry everybody along, including those from his former party and those who have joined him in the APC by balancing both sides, so as to ensure progress and development for all indigenes and residents of AMAC.
Oluohu, who call on the party leadership to offer the AMAC chairman automatic ticket, appreciated all those party leaders, particularly, the national chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, members of his National Working Committee, Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental affairs, Hon. Zephaniah Bitrus Jisalo and stakeholders for their presence.
