Liverpool Crowned Premier League Champions After Thrashing Of Tottenham 5-1

Liverpool were crowned champions for a record-equalling 20th time at Anfield after their 5-1 thrashing of Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.

Mohamed Salah summed up the mood of wild jubilation sweeping Anfield when his 63rd minute goal made it 4-1, jumping into the crowd and talking a “selfie” with a supporter’s phone camera.

Arsenal’s downturn in form left Liverpool requiring just one point from their final five matches, but Arne Slot had called on the Reds to finish the job in front of their own fans.
