These infractions include the non-honouring of several invitations by the state assembly to appear before the house committee supervising the agency and the failure to submit her academic credentials as required by law.

After members expressed disappointment in her, the house resolved to give her until Tuesday, 6th May 2025, to appear before the committee of the whole along with her SSCE, Degree certificates, and other necessary documents.

Recall that the current Assembly, under the leadership of Hon. Umar Aliyu has been very proactive and diligent in carrying out its oversight functions.

All efforts to speak with the KOSSIPA coordinator, Aisha Omade, were unsuccessful as her cell phones were switched off.
