Former Vice-President of Bishop David Oyedepo-led Living Faith Church, popularly known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Abioye, on Sunday commenced service at the Living Word Conquerors Global Assembly, also known as Conquerors Global Assembly.
Bishop Abioye who retired from the Living Faith Church also unveiled the logo alongside the name of his new church.
The cleric unveiled the identities of the new church on Sunday during the first morning service of ‘The Hour of Revival,’ which was prior an evening gathering of the ministry in Abuja.
He had last Sunday announced that the evening gathering would begin its morning service, which was greeted with praise, shouts and applause by the congregation.
Bishop Abioye alongside Bishop Thomas Aremu had in October 2024 retired from the Winners Chapel following a new policy by the Living Faith Church.
The new policy of the church set a mandatory retirement age of 55 for leadership positions at the time Abioye and Aremu had clocked 63 and 67 years, respectively.
