A political support group in Bauchi State, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed (BAM) Movement yesterday declared total commitment towards mobilising support for the incumbent governor, Bala Mohammed for continuity in governance.
The chairman of the movement, Khalid Barau Ningi at the launching of the movement in Bauchi, said the group would mobilise support from across the 20 local government areas of the state for the governor to emerge victorious in the 2023 governorship election.
Barau, who is the senior special assistant to the governor on empowerment, stated that the group supports the reelection bid of the governor for continuity in the delivery of dividends of democracy by consolidating on the achievements recorded so far.
“This movement was set up to work for the success of the reelection bid of His Excellency, Governor Bala Mohammed looking at the achievements and we are hoping that the second term of our Governor will be more useful to the people of the state because of his commitment to the development and progress of the state. This campaign vehicle that we are donating here today is part of our responsibility to support the campaign of the governor,” he said.
