In a society often consumed by personal gain, Chief Sunday Babatunde Ajileye MJF, NLCF, is charting a different course—one grounded in service, compassion, and the quiet power of giving.

As President of the Lion’s Club, Abeokuta Branch, and founder of the SIB Foundation, Chief Ajileye has become a beacon of hope for many in Ilaro and across Nigeria.

From feeding the hungry to supporting prisoners, students, widows, and market women, his work reflects a deep commitment to uplifting the underserved.

Through the SIB Foundation, Chief Ajileye has spearheaded impactful humanitarian projects, including hunger relief and support for the Nigeria Correctional Service.

The foundation not only provides essential supplies but also delivers encouragement to those often left behind in national conversations.

Despite his success in business—with thriving fuel stations, gas plants, an event centre, and other enterprises—Chief Ajileye remains focused on community development.

“I’m always happy to help people,” he says with a smile, underscoring a simple philosophy that guides his work: service above self.

His message to young Nigerians, particularly those facing financial or educational challenges, is one of resilience: “Don’t write yourself off, even when you don’t have the opportunity to be educated.”

It’s a message rooted in his own journey and delivered with sincerity.

Under his leadership, the SIB Foundation is expanding its reach, offering not just charity but empowerment. In a time when true altruism is scarce, Chief Ajileye stands out—not just as a philanthropist or businessman—but as a symbol of what is possible when leadership is driven by heart.

From Ilaro to communities across the country, his impact is felt in full, quiet acts of kindness that speak volumes.
