Critics Can’t Fault Gov Yahaya’s Giant Strides In Gombe – Aide

The special adviser to Gombe State governor on Strategy and Information Management, Ahmed Shuaibu-Gara Gombe, has said even critics cannot fault the giant strides of Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya in infrastructure.

Speaking when he visited LEADERSHIP’s head office in Abuja yesterday, Gombe said Governor Yahaya is doing so much in Gombe and has transformed the state sin the last three years.

He noted that Gombe State is underreported and vowed to change the narrative to reflect the development indices of the state.

He commended LEADERSHIP for giving Gombe State a platform to tell her story of how Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya remains committed  to the development of the state.

“His Excellency, Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya is doing so much to change the lives of the good people of Gombe State and to create a viable and vibrant economy in the state.

“The governor has done so much in the last three years to develop the state. He has enviably transformed the state within a very short time. But unfortunately, the activities of the state are underreported.

“We are here today to change all of that. We are here to look at new initiatives that will boost our relationship. We know that LEADERSHIP is very friendly with our state and we would like to continue and also to seek your cooperation that we can always come to you,” Gombe said.

Responding, the managing editor of LEADERSHIP, Raliat Ahmed-Yusuf and the Editor, Ekele Peter Agbo said the company will give Gombe State all the needed support to succeed.
