Mansur Ahmed Resumes Role As Chairman, iCentra

Mansur Ahmed has resumed role as the new chairman of iCentra.

The appointment was announced during the second quarter (Q2) Board Meeting held in Abuja.

The Company said “Ahmed brings with him a wealth of experience, embodying over five decades of distinguished service in both the public and private sectors as an accomplished engineer, policy strategist, and corporate leader.

“His extensive background includes several key leadership positions that have shaped Nigeria’s industrial and economic landscape, such as: Group executive director at the Dangote Group; president of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN); pioneer director-general of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC); Group executive director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC); and director-general of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG).”

The Company also noted that this appointment signifies an important step forward for iCentra as the company aims to evolve its operations and broaden its reach in technology and business solutions on a global scale.

 

Speaking at the meeting, CEO of iCentra, Taopheek Babayeju, stated, “we are excited to welcome Engr. Mansur Ahmed as the chairman of our Board at this crucial juncture in our journey. His exceptional leadership skills, visionary insights, and strategic perspective will be vital in driving our next phase of growth and influence.”
