APC North West Hails Tinubu, Ribadu’s Leadership

All Progressives Congress (APC) national vice chairman (North East), Comrade Mustapha Salihu, has felicitated President Bola Tinubu on his second anniversary in office.

Salihu, in a press statement in Kaduna on Friday, hailed Tinubu’s strides in economic stabilisation, national security and institutional reforms, stating that the last two years under the Renewed Hope Agenda had restored direction and confidence in Nigeria’s governance.

“The president came into office at a time of enormous challenges, but he has displayed rare courage and an unwavering commitment to difficult but necessary reforms. From removing fuel subsidy to sanitising the forex regime, President Tinubu has proven that he is not just a politician but a statesman with a long-term vision for national prosperity,” he said.

The APC chieftain added that beyond macroeconomic stability, the administration had made significant progress in rebuilding Nigeria’s critical sectors including security, agriculture, infrastructure and digital innovation.

While saluting the resilience of Nigerians during the ongoing transformation process, Salihu also commended the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for anchoring a more coordinated, intelligence-driven national security strategy that has resulted in greater stability across volatile regions.

“Mallam Nuhu Ribadu’s patriotic role in ensuring internal peace and political stability has been pivotal to the success of this administration. His leadership continues to reflect the depth of experience, character, and institutional memory required at such a critical time in our history,” Salihu added.
