The chairman of PCRC, Iheanyi Igboanulam, made the appeal in an interview with LEADERSHIP Friday after inspecting the newly installed solar-powered street lights at  Ndiegoro, CPS, and Ogbor Hill police stations, and the Scissors Squad Unit, Aba.

He lauded the facilitator of the lights, Akachukwu Ucheonye, who is the member representing Aba Central constituency in the State House of Assembly, for the gesture.

“I commend him for the gesture and also use this opportunity to call on other political office holders, good-spirited and well-to-do individuals to emulate him,“ he said.

‎The chairman, who described security as a collective responsibility, charged the formations to ensure adequate and proper protection and maintenance of the lights.
