2027: Bogoro PDP Stakeholders Back Governor Mohammed’s Presidential Ambition

Political stakeholders in Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State have pledged their support for Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed’s bid to contest for the presidency in the 2027 general elections.

The declaration was made during a grassroots mobilisation and award presentation organised by the Bauchi State Chapter of the PDP National Youth Vanguard, held at the Bogoro council secretariat yesterday.

At the event, the chairman of the PDP Elders Forum in Bogoro, Mr. Baba Danrimi, said the impressive developmental projects executed by the Bala Mohammed-led administration had left the people with no choice but to support his presidential bid.

Danrimi commended the governor’s strides in the health, education, and agriculture sectors, facilitated through the efforts of their representative in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Musa Wakili Nakwada.

Also speaking, the state coordinator of the PDP National Youth Vanguard, Alhaji Danlami Adamu Muhammad, said their presence in Bogoro was part of ongoing efforts to mobilise grassroots support for the PDP across all levels.

He also announced the inauguration of the local executives of the PDP Youth Vanguard in Bogoro LGA.
He further disclosed that Hon. Musa Wakili Nakwada was presented with an award of excellence in recognition of his outstanding humanitarian contributions and dedication to public service.

For his part, the chairman of Bogoro local government area, Surveyor Lawi Yakubu Sumi, expressed gratitude to the PDP Youth Vanguard for selecting Bogoro to host the event.

He described the local government as a PDP stronghold and encouraged residents to maintain peace and unity to ensure continued development.

In his vote of thanks, Hon. Musa Wakili Nakwada expressed appreciation for the honour and reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining a close relationship with the PDP National Youth Vanguard.

He also pledged to continue working towards the realisation of Governor Bala Mohammed’s presidential aspirations in the 2027 general elections.
