President Tinubu Appoints Kawu As Federal Commissioner, Pension Commission

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Rt. Hon. Comrade Hafiz Kawu, OON and member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos, as a federal commissioner in the National Pension Commission (PenCom).

The appointment has been met with widespread commendation from political leaders, associates, and well-wishers nationwide, who have hailed it as a well-deserved recognition of Comrade Kawu’s exemplary service, legislative experience, and unwavering commitment to good governance.

In his reaction, Rt. Hon. Comrade Hafiz Kawu expressed profound gratitude to President Tinubu for finding him worthy of the national assignment. He pledged to justify the confidence reposed in him by working diligently to advance the objectives of the Pension Commission, strengthen pension administration, and safeguard the welfare of retirees across the country.
