The deputy Senate president Barau Jibrin, led the event, which took place at Shanono town yesterday. Other stakeholders of the ruling party in the state were also present.

“It is time to show your support for the ruling party with what you have been enjoying of the reforms introduced by the administration”, he stated.

The team was in Shanono to campaign for Ahmad Kademu as a State House of Assembly member, Bagwai-Shanono.

The election replaces the late member Abubakar Kundila, who died after being elected to the State House of Assembly.

Supplementary elections will also be held at Gari and Tsanyawa for the members of the House of Assembly.
