The building housing popular Ibadan, Oyo State-based Fresh FM belonging to popular musician, Dr. Joel Yinka Ayefele, was on Friday evening razed by fire.
A staff member of the facility popularly called ‘Music House’, Samuel Ibikunle Arugboboisi announced the incident on his Facebook page on Friday.
Raising the alarm, Arugboboisi appealed to emergency responders and members of the public to urgently intervene to save the building.
“Fresh FM is currently on fire! We urgently need the Fire Service to respond immediately,” he wrote.
Arugboboisi urged residents to notify the nearest fire station without delay.
Residents were seen scampering around the station with many expressing worries while calling for help to curtail that inferno as at press time.
