The French giants announced the transfer on Tuesday, confirming that the 25-year-old forward has committed to the club until June 30, 2027.

“Paris Saint-Germain is delighted to announce the arrival of Nigerian striker Rasheedat Busayo Ajibade, who has joined the club on a deal that runs until 30th June 2027,” PSG said in a statement.

Ajibade joined from Atlético de Madrid, where she has featured since 2021, following a two-year stint in Norway with Avaldsnes IL. In the 2024–25 season, she recorded 25 appearances for the Spanish side, scoring eight goals and providing three assists.

Born on December 8, 1999, in the Mushin district of Lagos State, Ajibade rose through the ranks at FC Robo Queens before winning Nigeria’s NFF Young Player of the Year award in 2018.

Reacting to the move, Ajibade expressed her excitement about joining the French champions.
