Highlighting the importance of the event, Adodo said the summit would also feature the Nigerianisation Awards, designed to honour individuals, institutions, and brands that have championed Nigerian values, promoted indigenous capacity, and inspired national pride.

Adodo disclosed this in Abuja during a press briefing to announce the summit, scheduled for Friday, October 3, 2025, in Abuja. He noted that the summit will serve as Nigeria’s annual rallying point for sustainable growth, aligning patriotism with enterprise and nation-building.

The event, themed “Local Content, Global Impact – The Nigerian Way”, is being organised by the NYCN in collaboration with government ministries, agencies, and the private sector.

Adodo further noted that the initiative is aligned with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Nigerian-First Policy, which emphasised dignifying the brand called Nigeria through local content, youth inclusion, and national pride.
