The chief executive officer of GIDI Real Estate, Tobi Akerele, has said that the company was committed to building communities and providing value for the future through the most promising real estate development.

Akerele made this known during the firm’s flagship project in Mowe Golf Town open house, and allocation of Creek View, and launch of Green Residence in the community.

He noted that the company was building communities and value for the future while stating that the move was crediting the company’s milestone to the commitment of the people.

In addition to this, the company also hosted a landmark Open House at its flagship project in Mowe Golf Town, in partnership with Legal City Homes & Moulding Technologies Ltd, drawing subscribers, partners, and industry stakeholders to witness firsthand the lifestyle vision shaping one of Nigeria’s most promising real estate developments.

The event offered guests a preview of the estate’s eco-friendly bungalows, designed with polystyrene for 100% sustainable living.

This was done in partnership with Legal City Homes & Moulding Technologies Ltd, drawing subscribers, partners, and industry stakeholders to witness firsthand the lifestyle vision shaping one of Nigeria’s most promising real estate developments.

The event offered guests a preview of the estate’s bungalows, designed with polystyrene. It also featured the first land allocation at Creek View, a section of the estate made up of serviced residential plots.

To this end, GIDI officially launched Green Residence, a cluster of two-bedroom semi-detached and three-bedroom fully detached bungalows.

Speaking further at the event, Akerele, said: “Mowe Golf Town is a vision of how Africa should build sustainably, exclusively, and strategically.

“From Creek View to Green Residence, we are crafting communities where commerce thrives, families flourish, and eco-conscious living defines the future.

“The Open House gave our partners and clients a glimpse of that reality. Investors who have completed their payments received allocation, marking a milestone.

“As we continue our journey under the banner of Building Africa, the Open House reinforced our reputation as a developer that builds communities and value for the future.”
