Abuja has welcomed a major new housing initiative with the unveiling of Wazobia, a 400-hectare integrated estate by Rehoboth City Estate. The development, officially launched by the company’s chairman and chief executive officer, Engr. Dr. Stephen Akpa Achema, is billed as one of the most ambitious residential projects in Nigeria’s capital.

Located in Apo-Gudu, Wazobia is designed as a self-sustaining community, powered by a hybrid solar energy system that promises uninterrupted electricity. The estate will feature a modern hospital, shopping malls, recreational parks, and other amenities alongside a planned road and drainage network.

Dr. Achema said the project goes beyond real estate to embody unity and inclusiveness. “Wazobia is not just land; it is a new beginning. It reflects our collective identity as Nigerians and global citizens,” he told reporters at the launch.

Rehoboth City Estate is offering a promotional entry phase for Nigerians at home and in the diaspora. Positioned as both a lifestyle upgrade and an investment opportunity, the project is expected to attract families, professionals, and long-term investors seeking secure value in Abuja’s growing real estate market.
