Oye To Showcase Nigerian Investment Opportunities At Turkish Economic Forum

The chairman of the Nigeria Türkiye Business Council, NTBC, Dele Kelvin Oye, is set to lead the country’s presentation highlighting Nigeria’s niche investment opportunities across key sectors as Nigeria takes centre stage at the upcoming Türkiye Africa Business and Economic Forum,  TABEF 2025.

TABEF 2025 will be held in October at the Istanbul Congress Centre, Türkiye, under the theme “Addressing Challenges, Unlocking Opportunities, and Building Stronger Türkiye Africa Economic Partnerships.”

The forum coordinated by the Presidency of Türkiye, in cooperation with the African Union Commission and the Turkish Ministry of Trade, is being organised by the Foreign Economic Relations Board DEIK. It is expected to attract over 4000 participants, including African heads of state, ministers, top CEOs and business leaders.

Oye said, “Nigeria is strategically positioned as the gateway to the West and Central Africa. With over 200 million people, we offer a huge consumer market and opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with Türkiye. Yes, this forum is an opportunity to unlock this potential.”

He also said the Nigeria Country Presentation will spotlight opportunities in agriculture, solid minerals, manufacturing, digital innovation, and renewable energy, positioning the country as a hub for trade and investment in West and Central Africa. “Our vision at the Nigeria Türkiye Business Council is to build lasting economic bridges that facilitate trade, foster innovation and drive inclusive growth, ”he said.
