Firm Unveils Landmark AI Centre At Summit University, Offa

The Chairman of MOMAS Group, Engr. (Dr.) Kola Balogun has unveiled a critical technology centre at the Summit University, Offa (SUN, Offa), Kwara State.

In a statement made available to journalists in Lagos, the firms said the newly commissioned centre is known as the Kola Balogun College of Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Digital Engineering (KBCOAIDE) complex.

According to the statement, the state-of-the-art facility generously represents a groundbreaking investment in advancing Artificial Intelligence, Drone Technology, and STEM education across Nigeria.

Engr. (Dr.) Balogun, a distinguished defence technology expert, was accompanied on the centre’s inspection tour by Air Vice Marshal AbdulGaniyu Olabisi (Rtd) and senior officials from One Innovation Hub (ONEIH), Offa.

The delegation received a warm welcome from Summit University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abiodun Musa Aibinu; Acting Registrar Mallam Mustapha Abayomi Kadiri; and the university’s Deans and Heads of Departments.

Speaking during the visit, Engr. (Dr.) Balogun expressed his satisfaction with the project’s progress: “This college embodies our steadfast commitment to empowering Nigerian youth with the skills necessary to tackle future challenges in energy, security, and drone technology.

Air Vice Marshal AbdulGaniyu Olabisi (Rtd) applauded the initiative, emphasising that integrating drone technology into university curricula will deliver critical national security, agriculture, and disaster management solutions.
