Nasarawa State governor, Engineer Abdullahi Sule, has said the 2023 general elections will be a child’s play and different from  the victory in 2019.

The governor said with the unveiling and inauguration of the campaign council, the APC in the state is ready to start campaigns and maintain its landslide victory from top to bottom, to not only crush the opposition but to return him to the Shendam Road Government House, come February 2023.

“We crush competition. We make sure it does not exist. We don’t want to see one out of the 24 members of the House of Assembly that is not an APC.”

Sule mentioned that Nasarawa State is the state of the national chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, and we are determined to deliver the state of our national chairman, therefore this is the state that APC must win.

“This is the state of Tanko Al-Makura ,therefore this is the state that Engineer A. A. Sule must win. This is the state of A. A Sule, therefore this is a state that all our senators must win.”

The governor pointed out that the APC will go out to campaign so as to surprise the opposition political parties in the state, until the party is returned to power.

“We are going to continue with our campaigns as if we are the underdogs, we are not going to have any overconfidence the way other people are having. We are going to put in all our energy into this campaign until we deliver. We want to deliver, we want to come back, we want to continue with the good work that we are doing,” he said.

Sule used the opportunity to thank his predecessors, including the founding fathers of the state, who laid the foundation for his administration to build a solid fortress.
