The general public is hereby informed that the above-described property — formerly known as Plot
3132 at the time of the first allotment, and now re-numbered as Plot 5043 by the Abuja Geographic
Information Systems (AGIS) — comprising Seven (7) Terrace Duplex Units is currently the subject
of ongoing litigation in Suit No. CV/349/2014: Prospectors Marketers International Limited v.

The Hon. Minister, FCT & Bekens Properties Ltd, pending before the High Court of the Federal Capital
Territory, Court No. 3, Abuja.

Accordingly, any individual, organisation, developer, or institution attempting to purchase, lease,
take possession of, or transact in any manner whatsoever in respect of the said property does so
entirely at their own risk.
