Terra Seasoning Cube has lauded winning the award for Best Seasoning Brand at the 4th Consumer Value Awards.
The firm won the award, securing 76 per cent of total consumer votes at the ceremony held in Lagos recently.
According to the organisers, the Consumer Value Awards is a consumer-driven recognition platform that relies on public nominations and voting to identify brands that deliver value to Nigerians. The selection process, the organisers said, began earlier in 2025 with nationwide nominations from consumers and industry stakeholders, followed by over two months of open voting.
Terra Seasoning Cube recorded multiple nominations at the nomination stage and went on to dominate the seasoning category during voting, outperforming competing brands with a wide margin.
Speaking about the award, Probal Bhattacharya, Chief Marketing Officer of TGI Group, said the recognition was significant because it was based entirely on consumer votes.
“This recognition is one we truly value. Our consumers have consistently expressed satisfaction with our products over the years, but this award is particularly special because it is based directly on their votes. We are grateful to the organisers for creating this transparent platform where consumers can spotlight the brands they value,” he said.
Bhattacharya added that Terra would continue to prioritise consumer needs and preferences in its product offerings.
