Legendary Fuji music icon and cultural ambassador, King Saheed Osupa, has committed ₦2 billion to a housing initiative aimed at expanding access to affordable homeownership in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State.

The project, known as Osupa Boulevard, follows Osupa’s acquisition of 50 hectares of land from Harmony Gardens & Estate Development Ltd and will be developed within Harmony Casa 2.0, a fast-emerging residential corridor along the Lekki axis.

Conceived as a fan-focused housing scheme, Osupa Boulevard is expected to deliver about 300 housing units and serviced plots, offering flexible ownership options through a strategic partnership with the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System.

Under the arrangement, Osupa has provided a ₦2 billion payment guarantee on behalf of subscribers, enabling immediate land allocation by Harmony Gardens once initial deposits are made. Prospective buyers can secure plots with an initial payment of ₦5 million, begin construction immediately and spread the balance over a period of three to six months.

The scheme is designed to address long-standing barriers faced by creatives, artisans and fans who often struggle with access to credible real estate opportunities and flexible financing structures.

Confirming the development in a statement shared on his Instagram page, Osupa described the project as both an investment opportunity and a legacy initiative for his fans.

“I am proud to announce my partnership with the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System to create unprecedented opportunities in real estate investment. For the next six months, my fans worldwide can access exclusive discounts on prime lands and properties, including Osupa Boulevard at Harmony Gardens,” he said.

According to him, the initiative goes beyond commercial interests, offering fans a pathway to long-term wealth creation and financial security through property ownership.
