Vote For Us, Bauchi APC Gubernatorial Candidate Begs Electorate

The Bauchi state gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 general elections, Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar, has urged the electorate to shun partisan interests and vote for the candidates of his party at all levels.

Sadique who was addressing party supporters in Ningi local government while receiving thousands of defectors from the ruling People’s Democratic Party, said public office was about competence and commitment to serving humanity.

Sadique who urged the electorate join the APC in restoring security, job creation, and skills acquisition in order to reduce reliance on paid jobs, said: “Our party has outlined programmes that touch the life of the common man directly.”

The retired air force chief said foremost on the table of the APC is fairness and ensuring equitable distribution of appointment’s and sharing commonwealth.

Speaking on behalf of the defectors, a former member of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdulmumini Hassan Ningi, said they left their former party because of poor performance in the past four years and lack of equity.
