The RedWolf Company, a Lagos-based digital-first agency, has been named the Best Agency Workplace in Nigeria by Agency Workplaces, a global organisation that recognises workplace culture in the marketing communications industry.

The recognition was conveyed in an email yesterday, following what the organisers described as a rigorous evaluation process involving research-backed surveys and interviews.

According to Agency Workplaces, RedWolf earned the honour for its commitment to teamwork and collaboration, its ability to attract top talent, and its focus on fostering a strong organisational culture. The agency is the first in Nigeria to receive the recognition.

Speaking on the development, Managing Director of RedWolf Company, Ekeno Eyo, attributed the achievement to the vision behind the agency’s establishment. He noted that the company was built not only as a digital-first agency but also with a strong emphasis on cultivating a digital-first culture.

He said the recognition reflects the agency’s consistent efforts to build a collaborative workplace while delivering impactful results for clients.

Founded in 2018, RedWolf provides digital and through-the-line marketing services to a range of clients across sectors such as FMCG, fintech, NGOs, financial services, consumer electronics and telecommunications within Nigeria and the West African sub-region.

The company has also maintained a presence on the LAIF Awards table, placing joint seventh at the most recent edition.

The recognition comes as the agency prepares to mark its eighth anniversary.
