Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has hailed Victor Osimhen as a uniquely energetic presence in the national team.

The striker, currently with Galatasaray, will miss Nigeria’s upcoming four-nation tournament due to injury.

Speaking to Tuttomercatoweb, Okoye emphasised Osimhen’s physicality and intensity, describing him as a “special player” whose influence extends beyond technical ability.

Okoye also expressed his happiness playing in Serie A, revealing his desire to remain in Italy long-term.
