The chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Engr. Aliyu Momoh Ezzu, has called on party leaders and members to actively engage in the ongoing electronic registration (e-registration) exercise across the state.
Speaking with journalists in Lokoja, Ezzu stressed the importance of widespread participation, noting that although he may not physically visit every ward, party executives at the local government and ward levels must ensure that information about the exercise reaches all members.
He described the e-registration initiative as a modern mechanism for building a reliable and credible party database, eliminating duplication, and accurately reflecting the party’s numerical strength.
The APC chairman charged ward and local government executives with the responsibility of mobilizing members and ensuring the seamless conduct of the exercise in their respective areas.
Ezzu further noted that the initiative aligns with the party’s commitment to digital transformation and internal reforms, adding that it would improve administrative efficiency and strengthen the overall party structure.
He urged all members to take advantage of the opportunity, assuring that the process is simple, secure, and beneficial, while guaranteeing equal recognition for both existing and new members.
Reaffirming his confidence in the party’s leadership, Ezzu expressed optimism that collective efforts would ensure the success of the e-registration exercise across Kogi State.
