The officials of the Nasarawa State chapter of the Kyautal Pulaaku Fulbe Association of Nigeria have taken their oath of office.

The swearing-in was presided over by the association’s president, Alhaji Husaini Buzu, in Abuja.

An official, Alhaji Ibrahim Dare Magaji, who celebrated the gathering of a large number of Fulani from different locations to witness the event, said it was a good omen for the group.

Magaji, the chairman of the Nasarawa State chapter, urged the members to ensure they follow the association’s national leadership’s instructions.

He called on all Fulani and other Nigerians to unite and live peacefully with one another, adding that there is no development without peaceful coexistence.

He also advised the Fulani community to fight ignorance by sending their children to school, not only rearing cattle.

In his speech, the Vice Chairman of Kyautal Pulaako Fulbe association, Nasarawa State chapter, Alhaji Muhammed Tahir, who was also full of happiness, thanked God for making the day a reality
