Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has shown support for her colleague, Yemi Alade, who unveiled her new makeup collections.

The award-winning singer shared a video on her Instagram account showing off Yemi Alade’s new makeup collections while expressing pride in them.
Tiwa prayed for blessings on her new venture and declared her success.
“So proud of @yemialade wearing one of @yembeauty_official_ liquid lipsticks. May God bless this amazing venture. It’s about to be a sold-out season, mama”.
Recall that years back, both singers engaged in a war of words on social media. It started when Yemi accused female singers of having fake butt. This was seen as a shade thrown at Tiwa Savage.
During an interview with Ndani TV, Yemi spoke about why she may never collaborate with Tiwa Savage. According to her, fans would make such a collaboration into a battle of supremacy between the two of them.
Both singers later settled their beef and performed together on stage for the first time at the Everything Savage concert. The concert, which Tiwa headlined, saw her bring Yemi on stage to show they had put the past behind them.
She also expressed delight that Yemi Alade honoured her invitation to perform at the concert.
In an Instagram live, Alade talked about how Nigerians and other music lovers were always pitting her against Tiwa, meanwhile, she was learning a lot from the divorced mother of one.
Recently, she floored a fan for comparing her to Tiwa. Yemi slammed him for the comparison, which she avowed is the thief of joy. Yemi noted that she and Tiwa are both winning in their fields, urging her fans to celebrate and support both of them.
Last year, Tiwa went on a brief Instagram rant about people who claim that she doesn’t support other female artists. Shutting the report down, she questioned which female artists have more female collaborations than her.
