Ibom Air Appoints Capt. Bailor As Flight Operations Director

Ibom Air has announced the appointment of Capt. Banjana Bailor as its new Director of Flight Operations.

In a statement by the group manager Marketing and Communication, Aniekan Essienette, Capt. Bailor brings over 40 years of aviation experience and more than 20,000 flying hours to his new role.

She stated that Capt. Bailor joined Ibom Air with a distinguished career spanning line flying, flight crew training, and operational management. His expertise includes airline operations, safety management systems, and pilot leadership, positioning him as a key asset in the airline’s continued pursuit of operational excellence.

Prior to his appointment, Capt. Bailor served in senior operational roles, playing a pivotal role in developing flight crew standards, enhancing the safety culture, and implementing procedures aligned with global best practices.
