‎Seasoned Entertainment Journalist Clement Ige Dies At 69

‎The Nigerian media community has been thrown into mourning following the death of Mr Clement Ige, a veteran entertainment journalist, editor and media executive whose career left a lasting imprint on modern Nigerian journalism.

‎Ige, who worked with The Guardian Newspapers, Nigerian Tribune and others, was 69 years old. The veteran journalist died on Wednesday, the 29th of April, at his residence in Soka, Felele extension, Ibadan.
‎
‎According to a source, the seasoned media professional, particularly known for his association with music legend King Sunny Ade, has been so traumatised since the death of his wife, Princess Ige, who passed away last year.
‎
‎The veteran journalist is survived by Children and grandchildren.
