The Chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Mallam Shehu Dikko, will present the trophy to the winners of the 2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 4 this Friday at the Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne, Ogun State.

The grand finale of the competition promises both thrilling football and top-class entertainment, with popular music star Portable and others scheduled to perform live during the closing ceremony.

The 2026 NNL Super Four has already drawn notable figures from Nigerian sports and business. Monday’s opening day saw Super Eagles Head Coach Eric Chelle, former Minister of Youth and Sports Development and current Presidential Spokesperson, Hon. Sunday Dare, and Chairman of Bet9ja, Kunle Soname, amongst other dignitaries at the Remo Stars Stadium.

On the pitch, Sporting Lagos have emerged as the team to beat after winning their opening two matches. The Lagos-based side defeated Ranchers Bees 1-0 before overpowering Doma United 4-0 to move to six points. Doma United had previously lost 1-0 against Inter Lagos on Matchday 1. Inter Lagos now sit on three points after beating Ranchers Bees 1-0 in their second game. Ranchers Bees remain bottom of the standings without a point.

Friday’s final matchday fixtures are expected to determine the overall winners of the 2026 NNL Super Four title.

Furthermore, the first 200 fans to enter the stadium on finals day will receive ₦5,000 each as part of the celebration activities planned for the event.

Organisers have assured supporters of an entertaining and memorable finale as the curtain falls on this year’s NNL Super Four competition.
