Celebrated actor Daniel Etim Effiong has melted hearts online after delivering an emotional speech at his wife, Toyosi Etim-Effiong’s, 40th birthday worship celebration.
Speaking about their relationship, Daniel revealed that they almost broke up before getting married, but according to him, Toyosi refused to let it happen. Reacting playfully during the moment, Toyosi joked that she could already imagine the headlines the statement would generate online.
Daniel also addressed people who accuse them of “oversharing,” saying he cannot keep quiet about the blessing his wife has been in his life.
Describing her as his greatest win, the actor said he is deeply grateful for her and believes he would not be where he is today without her support.
Daniel Etim Effiong produced The Herd, which won an award at the recently held Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA). Linda Sulieman, who acted in the movie, won the Best Supporting Actress.
