TikTok content creator Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has served a legal notice on digital skitmaker and streamer Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe, demanding an immediate retraction of alleged defamatory and malicious statements made against her.

In a formal pre-litigation letter from her legal representatives, Omo-Richard Attorneys, dated May 14, 2026, and made public on Saturday, May 16, 2026, the content creator accused Carter Efe of executing a sustained campaign of cyber harassment, bullying, and digital cyberstalking across various social media platforms, including TikTok and Twitch.

The legal team specifically cited a recent livestream where the skitmaker allegedly made unsubstantiated remarks targeting Amadou’s character, painting her as promiscuous and severely damaging her professional reputation. The document also pointed to further insinuations broadcast during the recent visit of American digital creator IShowSpeed to Nigeria, where Carter Efe allegedly implied that the TikTok star exchanged personal favours for professional collaborations.

Counsel to the creator maintained that the statements were entirely fabricated with malicious intent to ridicule their client, cause emotional distress, and undermine her brand partnerships.

Consequently, the legal notice gives the skitmaker a 14-day ultimatum to issue a comprehensive public retraction and unreserved apologies across his social media handles and national newspapers.
