Tim Godfrey, Wife Share Story Of How They First Met

Nigerian gospel singer, Timothy Chuwkudi Godfrey, also known as ‘Tim Godfrey’ and his wife, Erica Katrina Jones, have openly shared the unique story of how their relationship began.

The couple appeared on Teju Babyface’s podcast, where they spoke about their relationship and shared details about their four years together.

According to Tim, a mutual friend, Michael, introduced them while the artist was visiting the United States.

He said he had told God that if he did not find a wife that year, he would stop searching for love.

While abroad, a friend later sent him photos of some women, and he became interested in Erica. He added that after they met, he had to fight for their relationship before they eventually got married.

Erica, on the other hand, said she decided to test their connection in person by picking Tim up from the airport during his visit. She admitted it was something she rarely did for men.

The moment Tim saw her at the airport, he was instantly drawn to her and said he knew she would become his wife. He said.

The gospel singer, known for songs like Nara, has regularly shared his faith journey and personal experiences with fans.
