In a candid sit-down following the official opening of Luxage Group’s new Lekki headquarters, CEO Ade BlissPaul I speaks about the company’s vision, its boldest property projects, and why he believes land remains Nigeria’s most powerful wealth-building vehicle.
Lagos, Nigeria | 2026
The reception area of Luxage Group’s newly inaugurated headquarters in Lekki tells a story before a single word is spoken. Polished floors, deliberate lighting, and the quiet confidence of a team that believes they are building something the country needs. Ade BlissPaul I, the company’s founder and CEO, walks in with the unhurried assurance of a man who has rehearsed this moment not in a mirror, but in years of work. He settles into his chair, looks directly at this reporter, and wastes no time.
THE OFFICE. THE VISION. THE WHY.
Congratulations on the new headquarters. What does this office actually mean to Luxage Group?
It means we have arrived at a new chapter. This office is not just a building — it is a statement. It redefines what professionalism should look like in the industries we operate in. When a client walks through that door, they should immediately feel the difference between Luxage Group and every other name they have encountered in this space. That is what this office represents to us.
You mentioned ‘arriving at a new chapter.’ What chapter were you in before?
We were building. Quietly, deliberately, with intention. Every year, every project, every client we served without litigation — all of that was preparation for this moment. Now we are moving from building the foundation to raising the structure. The Lekki headquarters is the first visible sign of that elevation.
What was the original inspiration behind Luxage Group?
I have always seen how business is conducted in Nigeria — sometimes with unnecessary complexity, sometimes with the wrong intentions. I wanted to build something different. Luxage Group was established to pioneer a new standard of excellence. Our vision from day one was to become the gateway for investment in Nigeria while making the process simple, seamless, and enjoyable for every client and investor. That clarity has never changed.

THE PROPERTIES: LUXAGE COURT 1, BOURDILLON COUNTY & GRANDSHORE HARBOUR
On the day of the official inauguration, Luxage Group also unveiled three flagship property listings — each positioned in what the CEO describes as Nigeria’s most strategic growth corridors. Here is a summary of the current offerings:
Luxage Court 1 — Epe, Lagos | Discounted Offer
- 500 sqm: ₦4.8 million | 1,000 sqm: ₦9.5 million
- Title: Registered Survey & Deed
- Located in one of Lagos’ fastest-growing property investment corridors
Bourdillon County — Moniya–Iseyin Road, Ibadan | Pre-Launch Offer
- 500 sqm: ₦2 million | 1,000 sqm: ₦3.9 million
- Title: Survey & Deed (C of O in progress)
- A high-demand land banking opportunity in a rapidly developing axis
Grandshore Harbour — Abijo GRA, Lagos | Premium Pre-Launch
- 500 sqm: ₦90 million
- Title: C of O (Government Allocation)
- Expected appreciation: up to 30% within 10 months after development begins
Let’s go deeper into the location choices. Why Epe? Why Ibadan? These are not the obvious answers.
That is exactly the point. Epe is where the future of Lagos is being written right now. The Lagos Film City is going there. The new airport is going there. A major food security and logistics hub — going there. These are not rumours. These are multi-billion naira projects being commissioned at the highest levels of government. When the government tells you where it is investing its infrastructure spend, you should be listening very carefully. That is what we do at Luxage Group.
And Ibadan? Why the Moniya–Iseyin corridor specifically?
The Moniya-Iseyin axis is the best topographical land mass in Oyo State. I describe it as a combination of Ikoyi, Ikeja, and Lekki — different value layers, all in one corridor. You have renewable energy companies setting up mini-grids there in partnership with the Oyo State Government. You have proximity to research institutions, strong road networks, agricultural hubs. And it is still affordable. That combination does not last forever. We moved early, and we want our investors to move early with us.
Grandshore Harbour in Abijo is priced at ₦90 million per 500sqm. That is a very different conversation from Bourdillon County at ₦2 million. How do you hold both in the same portfolio?
Intentionally. I always tell people — you may not be able to start at Grandshore Harbour today, and that is perfectly fine. You can begin at Luxage Court 1 for ₦4.8 million, or at Bourdillon County for ₦2 million. The entry point does not matter as much as the decision to enter. What Grandshore does is demonstrate the ceiling of what we build toward. It signals to every investor at every level: this is where the journey leads when you invest with Luxage Group.
THE SALES DRIVE: 100 PLOTS IN 30 DAYS
You launched a ‘100 Plots in 30 Days’ sales drive around the same time as the office opening. Why the urgency?
Because the opportunity is real and it will not remain at these prices. We want to be the first company to activate a fully livable and self-sustainable estate on the Moniya-Iseyin corridor. Once we hit 100 plots sold, we commence full on-site development. We are also doing this because pre-launch pricing and discounted offers exist for a reason — they are a reward for early conviction. Once development is underway and title documentation is complete, prices will rise naturally. We want people to benefit from that growth, not watch it happen from the sidelines.
What would you say to someone who keeps saying ‘I’ll invest next year’?
I recently witnessed the sale of a property that was acquired for ₦6 million and sold for ₦22.5 million — no development, no construction — just three years of ownership. The land simply appreciated. The best time to buy was yesterday. The next best time is right now. Land will always hold better value over time. If you want to secure your future and insure the years you have worked, you must invest in real estate aggressively. Land is the new bank, and when you bank land, you bank right.
“We have conducted business over the years with zero litigation. We will never take money for properties that do not exist.”
TRUST, TRANSPARENCY & THE NIGERIAN MARKET
Trust is one of the biggest challenges in Nigerian real estate. How does Luxage Group earn it?
By doing what we say and saying only what we will do. We have conducted business over the years with zero litigation — to the glory of God — and we have upheld our commitments to clients even when doing so required sacrifices beyond the scope of what the law requires of us. We do not promise what we have no intention to deliver, and we will never take money for properties that do not exist. We actively encourage investors to verify everything before committing. We make title documents available for inspection. We have a legal team and a professional investment advisory team on hand before, during, and after every transaction.
You also mentioned a new investor portal. Tell us about that.
We are gearing up to launch an investor portal that will allow any investor — whether they are in Lagos or London, in Abuja or Atlanta — to inspect, invest, and monitor their investment from anywhere in the world. That is the standard of transparency we are building toward. We also hold virtual and physical town hall meetings for investors quarterly so everyone is always up to date.
THE 5-YEAR ROADMAP: WHAT LUXAGE GROUP IS BUILDING NEXT
Where will Luxage Group be in five years?
We will be a household name — for individuals and institutional investors alike. Within five years, we intend to expand operations into at least twelve states across Nigeria, establish two international offices, create more than one hundred direct and indirect jobs, develop ten livable residential estates, deliver twenty strategic land banking projects, and commence the company’s first high-rise development. We aim to become a major force in reshaping the skyline of major Nigerian cities. Africa is the future. We intend to make our mark on it.
That is an ambitious roadmap. What mindset sustains it?
God gave me the word ‘Luxage’ when I was starting out, and it has been my compass ever since — personally and professionally. I am surrounded by people who believe in the vision. My wife and best friend, Oreva Cherry BlissPaul, who also serves with me on the Board of Directors, has been invaluable. My spiritual parents, Revd. Peter Ayo Alabi and Pastor Funlola Alabi, invest in me continuously. Beyond that, I am deeply passionate about the people of Luxage Group — our staff, our clients, our stakeholders. I believe that nothing worth achieving is impossible when you partner with God and give your absolute best. That is how I start every day.
