Nigerian actress, Susan Peters, has renewed her appeal for the return of her missing phone. She said she is deeply worried about the important data stored on the device.

The actress lost her white iPhone 16 Pro Max during the Service of Songs held in honour of Alexx Ekubo. She urged whoever has the phone to return it, stressing that it is locked and cannot be used by anyone else.

Peters said the device can easily be replaced. However, the information saved on it is far more valuable. She revealed that she had not backed up the data recently, making recovery difficult.

Providing an update on the third day of the search, the actress said she remains distressed. She also dismissed claims that the incident was staged.

According to her, the situation has worsened, with her mother receiving suspicious links linked to the missing phone.

She wrote:

“Day 3, my heart is heavy. Not for the phone but for the information on it, and someone will send a message asking if it’s a prank!! Are you alright? iPhone 16 Pro Max white. Anyone close to me knows that phone. Now they have called Mom and even sent her a link to send me via WhatsApp. And the phone is still off!

“It’s not a prank, FYI. The phone is gone, which can be replaced. My information on it is my pain, and I haven’t backed it up recently; otherwise, I will find it in my cloud. My heart is heavy”.
