Fintech heavyweight Paystack has officially launched a major support ecosystem designed to insulate local merchants from harsh macroeconomic pressures. Dubbed the **Paystack Small Business Program**, the initiative offers eligible Nigerian entrepreneurs up to N4 million ($2,900) in direct discounts on critical operational tools, alongside dedicated growth grants and hands-on scaling support.

Recognizing that payment processing is only one hurdle in a tough economy, Paystack has partnered with top-tier digital service providers to drastically slash overhead costs. Under the new ecosystem, merchants can access heavy discounts on inventory tracking (Bumpa), delivery logistics (FezDelivery), tech hardware procurement (Gamp), digital design (Canva), and workspace management (AfricaWorks). Crucially, Paystack is also offering **three months of entirely fee-free payment processing** capped at N10 million in transaction volume.

To qualify for the rollout, local merchants must have an active, live Paystack account and have recorded at least 10 transactions over the last 30 days. Targeting 2,000 local businesses in its initial phase, this strategic intervention goes beyond basic fintech infrastructure—it is a practical, collaborative effort to ensure Nigeria’s digital storefronts survive, digitize, and scale sustainably.
