Streamer Kai Cenat Sued Over Safety Concerns At Fan Event

Popular American internet streamer, Kai Cenat, is facing a lawsuit from a fan who claims he nearly suffered heatstroke twice during a public event hosted by the streamer in New York.

According to court documents, the plaintiff, Caleb Gottfried, alleged that unsafe conditions at the event exposed attendees to extreme heat. He accused the organizers of failing to provide adequate crowd control, proper ventilation, and basic safety measures to protect the audience.

The lawsuit also alleges that Cenat’s company used Gottfried’s image in promotional videos for the event without his permission or a signed consent form.

Gottfried is seeking over $330,000 in damages, citing negligence and the unauthorized use of his image.

This legal action comes as Cenat faces a separate lawsuit from another individual who alleged an assault by a member of the streamer’s security team at the same venue. Cenat and his team have yet to publicly address the claims.
