Dutch Model Jelicia Westhoff Calls Out Maduka Okoye Over Alleged Assault, Domestic Neglect

Nigeria’s national team goalkeeper, Maduka Okoye, has found himself at the centre of a severe controversy after his girlfriend and baby mama, Dutch model Jelicia Westhoff, made explosive allegations regarding his private life.

The sudden development unfolded shortly after Okoye was spotted in Venice, Italy, alongside American rapper Cardi B at the Jean Paul Gaultier Fall/Winter 2026 Haute Couture fashion show, a sighting that initially triggered widespread dating rumours on social media platforms.

Taking to her verified Instagram page, Jelicia accused the Super Eagles star of domestic abuse, physical violence, and parental neglect. She claimed that the footballer had subjected her to physical assault and routine infidelity, alleging that he had cheated on her with both men and women.

“Imagine I shut my mouth, lied about what YOU did to me, so you could continue YOUR career and all you do is embarrassing US. YOU make me look like I’m a bitter baby mother when I helped you when NO one was there for you!!! I MADE YOU! NO ONE KNEW WHO YOU WAS… Instead of loving us you beat me, cheated on me with men and women. YOU’RE a demon who tried to destroy my life,” Jelicia wrote.

The Dutch model further alleged that the goalkeeper has completely abandoned his parental responsibilities, noting that he had only visited their son twice this year and three times throughout the previous year.

She detailed a health crisis in December, claiming their son was hospitalised four times in intensive care and transported via ambulance, during which Okoye allegedly failed to show up or offer support.

Westhoff added that Okoye never maintained public relationships with other women during their time together due to his sexuality, stating, “You never had any other girlfriend than me because you’re bi. And that’s totally fine, ain’t nothing wrong with that. But what we’re not going to do is continue to show out while our son hasn’t seen you for months.”

The startling revelations have sparked intense arguments online among football fans and celebrity followers. At the time of filing this report, Okoye had not issued any public statement or response to the serious allegations made by his partner.
